Becky Beauchine Kulka

   Becky Beauchine Kulka graduated from Okemos High School in 1982 and received her Graduate Gemologist Degree in 1987 from the Gemological Institute of America. Becky started her business in 1988. Becky has been given the prestigious AGS Title of Register Jeweler and her store is an AGS store, the only jewelry store in Mid-Michigan to have this affiliation.
Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry was awarded the 2002 Retail Entrepreneurial Award of the Greater Lansing Area. In November 2002 the Okemos Education Foundation honored Becky as its Distinguished Alumni. In 2005 Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry was awarded “5th Coolest Jewelry Store in the Country” by Instore Magazine. And in 2006 Becky Beauchine Kulka received the Michigan Retailer of the year award.
Becky is a successful business owner and loves what she does, but her business is second in her life next to family. Becky and her husband Dan have three beautiful children, daughters Kaila (18), and Devan (17) and a son Hunter (12). The strongest force in Becky’s life is family. With the support of her husband, children and extended family Becky has been able to put the time into her business needed without having her family take a back seat.
Becky Beauchine Kulka is recognized by her peers as a community leader. She is the President of the Michigan Jewelers Association, on the board for Ingham Regional Healthcare Foundation, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Lansing, a member of the Michigan Retailers Service board, several advisory positions, and gives to every group or organization that asks for a donation. Becky’s life motto is to work hard and play hard and this is what she does.
