Well, Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry made the whole thing amazing. From the second I walked in, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I got awesome one-on-one attention. Jamie spent a lot of time with me, really getting what I was looking for. They didn't just show me rings; they actually explained what makes a good diamond, which was so helpful. They had so many beautiful options to choose from, no pressure at all. The staff was just great – really friendly and gave top-notch service. My wedding ring is almost 28 years old. I had taken it to three different jewelers for repair prior to coming to Kulka. My daughter got her engagement ring from here and said “mom you can trust them” So while I was visiting my daughter in Lansing we took my wedding ring in and told them what the other jewelers told me needed to be done. They said “no we are going to fix the entire crown” this was a better price than any of the other places I went to to fix a few of the prongs. When I got it back my ring HAS NEVER been as secure as it is right now, not even was I got it 28 years ago when I got it; plus it sparkles like I just got it. I can’t say enough good things about Kulkas. My husband and myself plan to upgrade our rings at 30 years. We will be back ♥️♥️

After years of wanting to do a custom piece to pair with my beautiful inherited ring, I finally did it as a motherhood gift to myself! My dear grandma would be proud seeing her ring paired with two new stunning bands, that also have some of her diamonds in it 💜 It was a way I could honor her and remember her every time I look at the beautiful set! BBK staff were easy to work with and fun at the same time! I can’t wait for my next custom piece to plan with them!

Today was my first time visiting this jeweler and my experience was exceptional! I had emailed with Kaila about designing a custom piece and she came up with an absolutely gorgeous product. Today I went to their store which is beautiful, to firm up my custom design. I met Becky and both she and Kaila were so friendly and gracious and truly enjoyed my visit. I know I will be so pleased with my custom ring. It was well worth my trip from Fenton.
