What Is a Ring Spa
Our jeweler will hand check each stone for tightness, check and tighten any loose stones, round out ring, refinish, remove deep scratches, polish ring to a shine with a high speed buff, ultrasonically clean, rhodium plate if needed and will use a soft brush to clean, steam out dirt and dry.
WHAT IS RHODIUM PLATING & Does my jewelry need it?
White gold will begin to yellow with time if it has not been plated with rhodium; once a ring has begun to yellow, the original white gold color can be restored with a coat of rhodium. We recommend rhodium plating at least once a year.
Preferred lifetime national Warranty
The Preferred Warranty is included with your purchase on eligible items and includes the following.*
You must bring your jewelry item in every 6 months to keep the warranty valid. If you go past the 6 months, there will be a charge to bring your jewelry item back into warrantable condition (like NEW) to reinstate your warranty.
The Warranty Includes the following and is based off the inspection of your items:
1. Ring Resizing
2. Re-tipping of prongs
3. Tightening of stones
4. Refinishing and polishing
5. Replacement of natural and laboratory grown diamonds up to .20cttw at no additional charge
